Wallet Watchdog provides wallet tracking, automated alerts, API access and webhook notifications for crypto wallets. The service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Wallet Watchdog relies on third-party blockchain data providers and APIs. We do not guarantee that information or alerts will be accurate, complete, or delivered on time.

Wallet Watchdog is not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs—including but not limited to financial losses—resulting from missed, delayed, or incorrect notifications. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your assets and making financial decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including reverse engineering, abuse of API/webhooks, or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Accounts & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are processed through our third-party provider (NowPayments). Wallet Watchdog does not directly handle or store payment details.

All payments are final and non-refundable. If a subscription is not renewed, your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for partial usage or unused time.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and your rights under GDPR/CCPA.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of Wallet Watchdog will be handled in the jurisdiction where the service operator is legally based.
